Basic rules of hair care
- Washing
- Don't wash your hair every day (unless it's very oily); 2-3 times a week is usually enough.
- Use mild shampoos without sulfates and silicones that don't dry out the scalp.
- Balm and mask
- Apply conditioner after each wash - especially to the lengths and ends. Use a nourishing mask once a week (natural: coconut oil, avocado, honey).
- Drying and styling
- Gently pat your hair dry with a towel (do not rub).
- Let them air dry as often as possible.
- If you use a dryer, set it to a cooler setting.
- Protection
- Always use a heat protectant before ironing/curling.
- On sunny days, protect your hair with a hat or spray with UV protection.
Natural treatments
- For dry hair: coconut, argan, or olive oil (leave on for 1–2 hours, then wash).
- For oily hair: rinse with apple cider vinegar (diluted in water).
- For damaged hair: avocado + honey + oil mask.
- For volume: rinse with green tea or beer.
- Eat enough protein (eggs, legumes, fish).
- Add zinc, iron, vitamins B, C, D, E and omega-3.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Reduce stress – it has a huge impact on hair loss.
