FOREST THERAPY – MY PATH TO INNER PEACE AND SILENT POWER

Published:

For me it is forest has always been something special. But it's only in the last few years that I've really started to feel, what it means to be with him and not just in him. Sometimes I really just need a few steps between the trees, and something calms down inside me. That tension in my shoulders eases, my thoughts no longer compete with each other. I'm just me.

Forest therapy It's not something dramatic or esoteric. For me, it's simply a time when I can stop. When I listen to the wind rustling through the branches, my footsteps crunching through the leaves. When there's nothing to explain, to prove, to solve. Nature He listens. And I finally do too.

In this silence, I slowly began to realize what inner peace. Not a peace where everything is perfect, but one where it is enough for me to be. To breathe. And it is from this space, when everything inside me settles down a little, that something deeper is born – inner strength. Quiet, soft, but so strong. Not the one that shows on the outside, but the one that keeps me going when everything else fails.

When I go to forest, I'm going home. Back to yourself.
