MINDFULNESS AND FOREST THERAPY – CONTACT THAT HEALS FROM WITHIN

Sometimes we don't need answers, we just need space. A space where we can simply exist. For me, that space is forestAnd right there, amidst the silence and the whisper of the leaves, something wonderful happens and I connect with myself.

Forest therapy in combination with mindfulness opened the door for me to something I had been looking for outside for a long time – to inner peace. When I learned to just sit among the trees, observe, listen, and simply be, I realized that I didn't have to be "doing something" all the time to be worthy or at peace. In nature I am enough just the way I am.

And from this peace, mine began to be born. internal powerhNot the kind that manifests itself in achievements or proving oneself, but that quiet, gentle stability that holds me together even when everything around me is shaking.

The forest didn't give me answers - it gave me contact. And that contact became my strength.
