Sometimes I wonder when we started living so fast that we forgot to listen to our bodies. In this fast pace, full of obligations, worries and stimuli, I realized that I only feel good when I take care of myself – my body and my soul. And this is where the story of healthy lifestyle.


For me it all started with healthy diet. When I started eating live food, without meat, I noticed that it not only affected my energy, but also my mental health. Less irritability, more clarity, better sleep… It’s like my body and mind have come into harmony. I’m not talking about extreme diets. I’m talking about cutting out processed foods, sugar, alcohol… and focusing on clean, simple foods forever. I drank lots of water, herbal teas, and ate vegetables, fruits, and healthy fats. After a few days, I felt like I could breathe easier, have more energy, and calm down more easily. For me, detoxing was a beginning, not a destination – a path to a balanced diet.
