NATURAL SOAP AND TOOTHPASTE

Natural toothpaste

Ingredients:

Baking soda - Gently cleans and whitens teeth

Clay (white/green) - Detoxifies, gently cleanses

Xylitol - Natural sweetener, protects against caries

Natural soap

Ingredients (base):

• 300g olive oil
• 200g coconut oil
• 100 g shea butter
• 136 g distilled water
• 63 g NaOH (lye)
• 10–20 drops of essential oil (optional)

Procedure:

• Prepare a solution of lye in water and cool.
• Melt the oils and butter, cool to approximately 35–40°C.
• Mix the lye and oils – mix with a hand mixer until "traceable" (thickened).
• Add fragrances/colors.
• Pour into the mold and leave for 24–48 hours.

Remove from the mold, slice and let mature for 4–6 weeks.
